Job Description & Specification:
**Job Summary**:
Responsible to develop and execute sales plans to meet company’s objectives. S/he will evaluate market conditions and competitors’ data and compile sales plans and direct their implementation. Manages all sales force for Jumeirah Projects.

**Primary Tasks**:
1. Develop and implement sales goals and strategies.

2. Plan and implement research and development activities in accordance with market requirements and business development.

3. Assisting with budgets, estimating sales volume, and product assortment.

4. Manage sales and target delivery of all agreed activities within the budget.

5. Sales analysis and statistics collected to develop methods and plans for sales policies.

6. Planning and implementing activities to achieve sales goals.

7. Assisting in direct selling to increase the company’s revenue.

8. Representing the company in various exhibitions and events in the local markets to promote the company's projects.

9. Training and development of sales staff in coordination with the Human Resources Department.

**Authorizations**:

- Interview Property Consultants, Sales Admins, Site Coordinators & recommend recruitment
- Approve 10 days postdated cheques from clients.
- Sign for Units transfers

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong technical sales skills and product knowledge of Real Estate industry.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to management and write reports.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and with subordinates.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Active, accurate and result-oriented,
- Problem Solving, Decision making & proactive.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- B. A. or relevant education.
- Experience of 5-7 years in sales profession.
- Experience with real estate and/or construction complex organizations is an asset.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales plans.
- English language is a must.
- Excellent Computer User is a must.
