**Role Purpose**:
Manage the Gated Communities Sales & business development arm to increase sales volume, achieve the preset business objectives and revenue targets as well as expanding Vodafone’s footprint in the market in alignment with the overall company strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the gated communities sales and business development team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s market share and customer base.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
- Build and promote strong, solid customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify potential areas and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Prepare the annual sales plan (Acquisition, Sales Volume, Hardware Forecast & Revenues).
- Work with the marketing and budgeting teams on the projects’ business cases of different propositions to ensure maintaining the targeted profitability & ROI.
- Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive compounds sales opportunity pipeline.
- Initiate and coordinate the sales development plans and the required tools to penetrate new areas/accounts.
- Assess customer’s needs, demonstrate products and provide technical orientation on the gated communities products and services.
- Create innovative upselling/cross selling tools for Vodafone services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with the market leaders in order to maximize the company benefit and increase the gated communities market share.
- Draft and validate the required proposals and contracts with the internal stakeholders.
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers with the service features and customer benefits

**Core Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Capability of setting a clear commercial/sales strategy in line with company objectives
- Ability to lead a team and achieve results through them while developing them into future leaders
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Strong Analytical and financial understanding skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Relevant Experience in a similar role
