**Description**:
As a Gated Communities Key account TL you will be responsible of designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and precise forecasts to the management team.
- Prepare the sales annual plan (Acquisition, Sales, & Revenues).
- Work with the marketing and budgeting teams on the projects’ business case of different propositions to ensure maintaining the targeted profitability & ROI.
- Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive compounds sales opportunity pipeline.
- Initiate and coordinate the sales development plans and the required tools to penetrate new markets.
- Prepare the sales forecast for all Triple Play prospects, accounts' status reports formulation, recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue increase.
- Develop improvement plans in response to customer feedback.
- Monitor the level and quality of services provided through the Triple Play shops in the compounds.
- Increase the customer satisfaction and create innovative upselling tools for Triple Play services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with the market leaders in order to maximize the company benefit and increase the Triple Play market share.
**Required Criteria**:
- Excellent knowledge with network topology and system integration.
- Excellent command of computer use (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, projects, Visio).
- Solid Project Management skills - Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.
- Objective focused.
- Excellence mind set striving to exceed expectations.
- Drive towards continuous development and improvement.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can drive changes.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Arabic and English.
