**Job Title:** Reservation Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee all aspects of the reservation process for our hotel and furnished apartments in Cairo, Egypt.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and oversee the reservation process for the hotel and furnished apartments
  • Supervise a team of reservation agents and provide training and support as needed
  • Monitor reservation trends and adjust strategies as needed to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately, including making changes or cancellations as needed
  • Manage room inventory and make recommendations for room allocations based on occupancy levels and guest needs
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and housekeeping, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Handle any guest complaints or issues related to reservations and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows
  • Prepare and analyze reservation reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to ensure our reservation process remains competitive and up-to-date

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservation or front office role, preferably in a hotel or furnished apartment setting
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in reservation software and systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
