We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at PILLARS. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
  • Manage and maintain construction equipment and materials

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
