At BayanTech, we are seeking a highly skilled Localization Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in various localization projects. This role requires the ability to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, staying within budget, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing project plans, and resolving any issues that arise during the localization process.

The key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Receiving client projects/quotations and analyzing requirements to ensure accurate planning and execution.
  • Developing project plans and workflows, effectively managing time, budget, resources, and quality control to meet client expectations.
  • Creating and controlling localization project budgets, performing cost tracking analysis, and ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and targeting potential clients.
  • Builidng and maintaining an active pipeline of potential clients.
  • Achieving assigned revenue quota through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Communicating with potential clients via phone calls, emails, or other means to discuss project requirements and timelines.
  • Organizing meetings with prospective clients to showcase BayanTech's services and expertise.
  • Presenting the company's services and localization capabilities to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of working with BayanTech.
  • Representing BayanTech at trade shows, expositions, and conferences as required.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in translation and localization, preferably in a project management role.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in project planning and resource management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present the localization life cycle to clients.
  • Proven organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex issues and find creative solutions.
  • Quality-focused, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment, with strong team player skills.
