Job Responsibilities:

Supporting Vendor Growth:

  • Increasing vendor selection
  • Improving discoverability of vendor products on our company
  • Improving content of vendor product detail pages
  • Supporting vendors in executing a deal strategy
  • Helping vendors secure availability of their products
  • Increasing vendor traffic
  • Providing valuable insights into our company's business

Vendor Account Management:

  • Managing vendor education and knowledge about our company's systems, tools, and processes
  • Building up selection and catalog quality
  • Optimizing supply chain and inventory operations
  • Driving increased traffic and conversion
  • Sharing targets on business metrics to measure the success of the business impact
  • Providing detailed monthly reports covering catalogue and traffic metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience managing large amounts of data
