About the Role

BIOSKINSPA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various treatments and services.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. You will be required to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized spa treatments and services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
  • Suggest additional treatments and products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product usage and answer client queries to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
  • Perform sessions in compliance with set protocols, maintaining expert knowledge of available spa services and related products.
  • Upsell and cross-sell by referring clients to other departments, enhancing overall turnover.
  • Meet individual targets and contribute effectively to branch goals, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Update customer files on CRM whenever necessary, introducing remarks and results on appointments, orders, and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • A degree in Physiotherapy or Esthetics, along with relevant experience in similar positions.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, with French being an asset.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
