**Responsibilities**:

- Lead on the development and execution of a new Employee Communication strategy (Strategic Business Plan (SBP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for employee communication and AMESA CEO Office internal Communications.
- Lead on the AMESA Vision 2025 internal comms plan by driving the agenda, creating the toolkits and cascading the roll out across BUs.
- Lead on the strategy and execution of pep+ internal communication plans with AMESA CSO in addition to engaging Green teams across sector and supporting BUs to create their own PEP+ internal comms plans.
- Lead on the development and execution of EVP and DE&I agenda in partnership with AMESA CHRO and HR team. This includes being responsible for setting strategy, advising on the best communication channels and creating campaigns.
- Lead on Internal employee engagement strategy for AMESA and supporting BUs to drive their local engagement plans.
- Lead on development of internal executive communication plans for AMESA CEO Office which includes:

- All CEO communications (letters, internal notes, videos, etc.)
- Townhalls
- Internal Events (LOA, meetings, etc)
- Support internal comms leads from the BUs on developing their internal comms strategy in line with overall sector strategy.
- Act as the connector point with Global Corporate Comms in Purchase and sitting on the Internal Comms extended Leadership Team to shape the global agenda from AMESA perspective to execute global internal strategies and programs at the local level and inform those global strategies/programs from their inception to capture sector needs and specificities.
- Creates templated content (video, photo, written) which BUs localize and publish.
- Drive all social listening, data analysis and score carding to enable constant learning about the impact and effectiveness of internal communications.
- Act as internal partner to EC members and other functions to advise on the best way to communicate messages - advising on the right tone, channels and approach to maximize engagement (IT, Supply Chain, Finance, etc).
- This role is responsible for the development, management, and execution of highly visible and engaging editorial content across PepsiCo AMESA Internal Communications channels.

Qualifications:

- Understanding of the AMESA sector, its diversity, and specific needs.
- Proven ability to drive an effective and innovative internal comms agenda across a diverse geography with multiple stakeholders and collaborators and get results.
- Extensive experience of advising, and influencing, senior executive level management on business communications agenda with proven results
- An excellent track record of developing communications tools and programs to engage employees across diverse functions.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively and to be agile as business needs change.
- Ability to inspire and work with teams, with varying complex challenges, spread across geographies.
- Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Knowledge of graphic design and experience producing corporate communications materials
- Strong communicator and storyteller/maker.
- Excellent people/collaborative skills - ability to set the agenda and lead in an inclusive manner - must want to make people follow him/her and deliver their best as a team.
