**About the role**:
Reporting into the Head of Agile Strategic Office/PMO, the Head of Communications, will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of communication within the International Business Management organisation. The primary responsibility will be to ensure effective and efficient communication both internally and externally. Responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, managing communication channels and ensuring that our messaging aligns with our brand identity and goals. Facilitating collaboration with the various teams to coordinate and execute communication initiatives, such as events, kick-offs, roadshows, etc. Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders will be key in promoting our organisation's objectives and enhancing our reputation. Creativity, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs to successfully drive our communication efforts is key. The goal being to create an impactful and engaging communication practice.

**Job Role Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the International Business Management communication strategy. Responsible for the creation and execution of an effective communication strategy that aligns with the organisation’s goals and objectives
- Manage internal and external communications. This includes overseeing all forms of communication, such as newsletters, social media, website, Plazza and intranet content
- Crisis communications. In times of crisis or sensitive situations, the Head of Communications plays a critical role in managing and mitigating potential issues that could impact company reputation. This involves timely and effective communication that addresses concerns and ensures transparency
- Brand Management. Working closely with the marketing teams to develop and maintain a strong brand identify. This includes ensuring consistent messaging, visual identify and brand positioning across all communication channels
- Stakeholder engagement. Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers and community members is essential. Requires the facilitation of two-way communications to gather feedback, address concerns and build trust
- Public affairs.Develop effective communications and strategies to address and mitigate impact of external political and regulatory factors on relevant issues that may impact the organisation, as and where necessary
- Monitoring and measuring communications effectiveness. Track and analyze communication efforts to measure their impact and identify areas for improvement. This may involve using various metrics and tools to assess the reach and engagement of communication initiatives

**Your Objective**:

- Lead in the creation of digital, print and video content for International Business Management team for deployment via different platforms (website, Plazza, intranet, social media)
- Provide strategic counsel to the Head of International Business Management on communication solutions for responding to crises or challenging situations quickly and professionally
- Support the International Business Management team by acting as the communication and brand contact to support and guide/advise them in setting up internal and external events such as sales kickoffs, team building meetings, media events, roadshows, seminars, etc
- Work closely with the International Business Management team on transversal projects and employee engagement activities by devising and leading communication outreach strategies to always ensure awareness and alignment across the team
- Manage the International Business Management Plazza space (as a whole) for consistency and alignment and correct messaging
- Identify and then provide guidance and support to the wider International Business Management Communications network (SPOCS) who are responsible for providing content for and maintaining their own respective entity Plazza subspaces
- Define and deploy employee feedback programs on a periodic basis. Analyze and summarize key results and work with appropriate teams to implement corrective actions, as required
- Actively animate and provide direction to the International Business Management communications community
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and interlocks with extended internal Communications networks across Orange Business and Group
- Provide trusted strategic communication guidance to the International Business Management leadership team and support them in their strategic outreach campaigns
- Provide support and direction in the organisation of different International Business Management major events such as kickoffs, roadshows, etc
- Provide coaching and support to the International Business Management leadership and extended team on presentation skills
