**Job Summary**:
Act as the Sales Account Manager in the Building & Construction Segment, MEAF market; responsible for achieving the sales volume, differentiation, and premium. Areas of responsibility include Price Negotiation, Calculation, Contract Negotiations, Current and Potential Customer Tracking, Customer Portfolio Definition, Contract/Spot Fulfillment, and Customer Relationship Management.

**Job Purpose & Responsibilities**:

- Sales Execution: Accountable to realize and where possible exceed the monthly sales allocation volume for Pipe MEAF, with the objective to reach the annual business plan volume at a defined price premium and differentiation targets for the full SABIC polymers product portfolio.
- Customer Intimacy: Work with the Supply Chain and Customer Service resources to monitor customer satisfaction and driving through solutions to issues with appropriate stakeholders.
- Working Capital Optimization: Monitor receivable status, communicate with customers to expedite overdue payments, mitigate disputes and coordinate resolution internally, determine payment terms and credit lines in order to minimize overdues from assigned customers and adhere to company policy and guidelines.
- Order Fulfillment: Be accountable for quotation processing, order fulfilment in alignment with customer service team to ensure smooth supply to customers. Responsible on Credit or debit memo's processing with CS. All of which should be in compliance with SABIC policy for approval processing.
- Compliance: Be accountable for the sales process, for exceptions, decide whether to proceed with the process providing following authority schedule in order to ensure driving business.
- External Engagements: Engaging with the external parties; customers, prospects and brand owners, to Promote SABIC solutions for Pipe Segment in the markets.

**Minimum Education & Experience Requirements**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering, MIS, or Chemistry from a recognized/accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Sales and marketing knowledge, preferably in the building and construction industry related to Pipe, electrical and electronics sectors.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to work autonomously in a relatively new and exciting business environment.
- Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to give/receive feedback.
- Good interpersonal skills in order to build strong relationships with new stakeholders.
