We’re seeking a high caliber Sales Manager who can help propel this multi-disciplinary company with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal Sales Manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, building and managing sales teams, relationship management, and deal closing. A quick learner who has a strong desire to drive growth and grow along with our company. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind to champion success and maintain a high-performance team.

What You'll Do
- Represent the company effectively by gaining an in-depth knowledge of all our services offerings.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and metrics, and making forecasts.
- Create and execute sales strategies that expand our customer base.
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, monitor their performance KPIs, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Monitor sales team compliance, documentation, and CRM hygiene.
- Ensure quotas for each business unit are met by conducting routine tag-ups with the sales team leads to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Manage the month-end close processes: present sales, revenue, accounts receivables, and direct expenses with realistic forecasts to the leadership team.

Our Requirements
- Ideally 7-10 years of progressive B2C sales experience (services industry), with 2-3 years of experience managing sales in a corporate setting.
- Previous GCC work experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to effectively manage certain teams remotely.
- Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
