As a Deal Desk Analyst/Sr. Deal Desk Analyst, you will be the business liaison between the sales team and Legal, Custom Content, Customer Success and Finance teams to expedite sales proposals and internal approvals.
You understand revenue recognition rules and have demonstrated the ability to find creative, data-driven decisions. You love to take on projects whilst figuring out ways we can operationally improve as a business and never losing sight of the long-term strategy and goals. Creating partnerships within the company to help serve sales will be essential to success in this role.

**What you'll do**:

- Partner with Sales to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in Ironclad
- Help drive projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the contract cycle
- Ensure contract processes and requirements are met, collect all required approvals and signatures.
- Assist in responding to RFPs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Product, etc.) to resolve deal-related issues
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal-related matters
- Contribute to efficient onboarding of new AEs in a fast-moving environment

**What you'll need**:

- 3 or more years experience in a similar Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Contract Operations/Management role
- Strong document editing and systems skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- A high level of comfort with the ambiguity associated with a fast-moving business, international environment, and compliance with standards and internal processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize well
- Ability to keep up with frequent changes to products, policies, procedures, and people
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and an eye towards continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Experience with Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) tools.
- Experience picking up new technology and processes and ensuring the broader team is enabled
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience
