**Job Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the development and regular update and optimization of 7OA, taking into account the processes and guidelines.
- Responsible for the delivery and publication of 7OA to retailer.
- Serves as the custodian of the Perfect Store Online results and reports.
- Responsible for the ensuring the management and optimized operation of the content suite.
- Responsible for briefing creative agency on d-commerce visibility and the OTIF delivery of d-commerce visibility elements to the different e-retailers.
- Working closely with Content Hub lead and performance marketing lead to improve the quality of e-commerce assets and in turn improve ROAS and other digital KPI’s.
- Responsible for the development and regular update of SKLs as aligned with the category strategy and
- Arrange a digital content delivery plan that includes pre, during and post cross-channel delivery.

**Key Interfaces**
- BU D-Commerce strategy lead in setting content strategy as per category priorities and growth opportunities.
- Country BU D-Commerce strategy lead and CBD, ensuring OTIF and successful execution of content related to D4C d-commerce portfolio.
- D-Commerce Strategy lead, Content Hub Lead and Performance Marketing lead in campaign execution and optimization.
- Brand, R&D, MDM, and Content Hub teams in day D-Commerce Content completion score to day operations of the content suite.
- Country d-commerce CBD to follow up on product dispatch and availability
- BU D-Commerce strategy lead, media team and performance marketing lead in updating SKLs

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in e-commerce or project management
- Ability to lead a cross functional teams to deliver complex initiatives/projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
