Partnership & Loyalty Team Leader

**What you’ll do**:
Role purpose:
Responsible for managing Vodafone’s loyalty calendar, in terms of; Program management, 3rd party relations management as well as loyalty future projects.
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Manage Vodafone’s Loyalty spend, in terms of budget ownership and ROI
- Manage Vodafone’s loyalty and retention strategy that will help achieve the objectives set by peer Product Owners/Marketing Managers across the company, in adherence to overall commercial strategy.
- Strengthen and Expand Vodafone’s partners’ network, targeting to increase our customers’ satisfaction as well as stickiness to Vodafone
- Customer Insights: Analyze both internal and external data in order to support decisions related to; Loyalty propositions, Partners’ choices and most importantly to ensure meeting the real customer needs Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- Advanced negotiation, communication and conflict management skills
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong Marketing and Commercial management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Team leadership, development and Coaching skills

- Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2C and B2B commercial role (Loyalty and retention experience is a plus)
- Must have marketing experience
- Successful track record of customer retention, as well as delivery of Go-to-market activities
- Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Pricing...etc)
