Budgeting Officer

Job Description:
1. Review all GUC departments’ requisitions against approved budget.
2. Prepare and maintain finance regular reports.
3. Preparation of Monthly/Weekly budget utilization and Variance Analysis
4. Provide high quality advice and support as required on a range of financial issues.
5. Generate reports to meet deadlines in accordance with GUC policy.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Accounting, Budgeting and Planning.
2. Strong Analytical Skills and Forecasting ability.
3. High level of communication skills and team work spirit.
4. Ability to work under stress.
5. Excellent command of Excel.
**Education**:
1.Bachelor Degree form faculty of Commerce (Finance Major).
