**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for selling services related to HV substations and Balance of the plants in various verticals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the TSOs, Transport, and Industrial verticals.
- Identifying potential clients in these specific verticals and presenting them with tailored service solutions.
- Negotiating contracts and establishing a timeline of performance, ensuring all service solutions comply with industry and company standards.
- Leveraging experience and knowledge of brownfield projects to offer appropriate service solutions for these projects.
- Leading, coordinating, and motivating the sales team to meet predefined sales targets.
- Conducting market research and staying updated on the industry trends, competitor products, and the performance of own products.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Monitoring team's performance and providing feedback for improvement.
- Collaborating with the engineering and service teams to ensure the feasibility of the proposed solution.
- Managing and resolving any issues and conflicts related to the services provided.
- Reporting sales results, feedback, and market trends to senior management.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power Engineering from a Reputable university
- 7 - 10 years’ experience in Sales and offer management.
- Excellent knowledge of HV Substation components and systems.
- Extensive experience in various verticals such as TSOs, Transport, and Industrial verticals.
- Deep understanding of service solutions and experience dealing with brownfield projects
- Experience of dealing with complex project
- having excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
- Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices, and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic languages
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- General MS Office Program skills
