The Training Admin./Facilitator will be a member of the Training team.
- Accountabilities:

- Assist with basic Training material preparation.
- Assist in preparation of tenders and customer relation.
- Assist in coordination with Instructors
- Help with the Course opening and follow up on all related Training actions.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties.
- Strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Identification and implementation of best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Be committed and dedicated to self-development and learning new skills.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Business, Trade, Economics, English, Mass Comm., Science, Eng. etc.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Very good in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and good knowledge of IT (Preferable to be aware of MS TEAMS and ZOOM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a diverse multidisciplinary team.
- Previous Experience in Training is a Plus
