1. Team Leader

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of property consultants
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Provide training and support to team members
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

2. Property Consultants

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
- Build and maintain a network of clients and prospects
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
