**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive global growth in the polymer construction materials market.
- **Team Management**: Lead and mentor a remote team of marketing and sales professionals, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- **Distributor and Agent Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and agents, providing them with tools, training, and support to succeed in their markets.
- **Media Buying**: Plan and execute effective media buying strategies to maximize visibility and ROI across various platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee social media initiatives, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across all channels.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, tailoring strategies to meet client and regional needs.
- **Sales Growth**: Oversee the achievement of sales targets by managing pipelines, identifying key opportunities, and supporting the team in closing deals.
- **Brand Development**: Strengthen the company’s brand presence through innovative marketing campaigns, content strategies, and digital initiatives.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Performance Reporting**: Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing or Sales Manager, preferably in the construction materials or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing international agents and remote teams.
- Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and sales analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of media buying and social media management.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- A collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Flexible working arrangements.
