- Analyze procurement data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.

**Job Qualifications**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is preferred but not always required.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management roles
- Experience in overseeing procurement for Soft & Hard FM, Capex, Housekeeping, Security, and Manpower Services would be beneficial.
- Experience in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing procurement data.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, P2P platforms)

**Job Specific Skills**:

- Understanding of procurement processes and practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make data-driven procurement decisions.
- Ability to conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
- Ability to articulate procurement strategies, negotiate terms, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and logistics departments.
