**Warehousing Manager - Cairo, Egypt**

Today, we are recruiting for Warehousing Manager for Siemens Mobility Egypt to Join our High-Speed Train Project Team in Cairo office. This is an excellent career opportunity for Professionals from Rail /Transportation Business to join Siemens Team and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

**Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented**
- Ensure that optimal operational policies and procedures for all warehousing related activities are being defined by the contractor
- Monitor that all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements are being adhered to
- Monitor that all EHS requirements are being fulfilled according to Siemens’ Zero Harm Culture
- Ensure set-up and operation of logistics IT system (LMS)
- Ensure effective communication with other departments, suppliers, and transport companies.
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects within the Warehouse.
- Ensure effective coordination between Siemens transportation/customs team and CJV warehouse team
- Develop and manage an appropriate performance reporting
- Resolve and escalate any risks for Siemens arising from warehouse operations

**Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid**
- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification from reputable university or college
- Extensive project experience in similar capacity for at least 10 years
- Solid work experience in Rail, Transportation, or large EPC Design Build construction projects
- Proven track record working within a multicultural project team ideally from Middle East region
- PMP qualification or Certification in Project execution is highly appreciated
- Arabic language is a must
- Excellent communication and Influencing skills
- Degree in BA or equivalent qualification from reputable University / college.
- Very good level in the field of administration
- First team leadership experience is highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills rounded by a very good level Business English.
- Team Player Mind-set quality driven and target oriented
