You will be joining the Product Supply-Global Operational Excellence team with colleagues from different nationalities and working in multiple locations across the world. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our Operational Excellence agenda. **What would your role look like?**
As Global Process Owner for SAP (Plant to Make-PTM) and Production IT, you will be the owner of the End-to-End processes for PTM and will coordinate with other areas on cross functional areas in our Oterra IT systems. Furthermore, you will lead the integration of other Production IT systems in collaboration with the local teams at the production sites.

By delivering global harmonized production processes in our SAP system, you will have an important impact on the future performance of Oterra.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Provide leadership and direction for the development of the Plant to Make SAP business processes
- Lead the roll out of our SAP platform across our production sites
- Coordinate with other business areas on cross functional processes
- Develop Oterra standards for managing production planning and execution
- Identify areas for improvement of our business processes and coordinate the implementation of changes
- Guide/coordinate local operations teams and share best practices
- Drive the full utilization and harmonization of our SAP business processes across all sites
- Act as data owner for produced materials in SAP and production related master data and support and guide site teams on Master Data standards
- Lead the integration of local Production IT systems
- Work closely with the external IT implementation partners and with the Oterra local and global teams

You will work closely with the site operations teams throughout the world, and you can look forward to travelling approx. 20-40 days per year to meet colleagues and participate in workshops.

**Who are we looking for?**

You have a university degree in Engineering (M.Sc or B.Sc) or equivalent. Regardless of your academic background, you have thorough knowledge within SAP Production related areas (MM, PP-PI, eWM, QM). We expect you to be a strong project manager and good communicator.

To succeed in this position, you:

- Are self-driven with a solid business understanding and strong continuous improvement mindset
- Have a strong technical understanding and interest in SAP
- Thrive in an international and busy environment
- Have good networking skills and experience working in a multi-team environment
- Have broad experience in SAP ERP implementation in a process industry company and change management
- Have experience in SAP modules related to Production Execution (MM, PP-PI, eWM, QM), experience in eWM will be a plus.
- Preferably have experience from working in a similar role in process industry or as a consultant in SAP implementations
- Have practical knowledge regarding SAP EPR and eWM
- Can read, write, and speak English perfectly
