**The team for you to join**

You will be located in Avedøre and join the Danish warehouse team. We work in an informal atmosphere characterized by a good and open dialogue. **What would your role look like?**
As our Warehouse Manager your main responsibilities will include:

- All warehouse operations at our site in Avedøre incl. inbound/outbound, warehousing and distribution activities
- Keeping the warehouse in compliance with rules and regulations and facilitating planned and ad hoc audits e.g. by The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (Fødevarestyrelsen)
- HSE activities to ensure a safe workplace for all employees
- Controlling inventory levels by facilitating physical stock counts and reconciliation with SAP S/4 HANA
- Continuously improving the physical conditions and systems setup to optimize space utilization and increase warehouse efficiency
- Annual budgeting and follow-up process

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a colleague, who is self-driven, proactive, and passionate about creating an excellent working environment in Oterra’s Danish warehouse. You have strong leadership skills and know how to motivate people. We expect you to be engaging, development oriented and setting the direction. You thrive working with a team and understand how to achieve results through others in a global environment. You also possess strong warehouse management skills and have experience with SAP, preferably S/4 Hana.

As you will lead people as well as collaborate with stakeholders across the global organization, excellent stakeholder management skills on all levels are needed.

The nature of our business is fast moving, so you should enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment. As we are a growing organization, you will help to build and develop the future 3PL structure and define its standard.

To be successful in the role you need to:

- be a seasoned distribution professional with 10+ years of experience with a proven track record
- have profound warehouse operations and management experience with proven results
- have management experience of employees covered by a collective agreement
- have worked with or are familiar with Warehouse Management Systems, ideally SAP S/4 HANA
- be passionate about making a difference and be comfortable with continuous development
- be a good communicator at all levels of the organization
- thrive in a department with a high pace

It is furthermore an advantage if you have worked with GMP and working environment.
