**Job Description**:

- Coordinating and maintain agenda, including organizing of all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handling confidential information professionally.
- Coordinating with the automotive aftermarket department all the administrative tasks (trainings, events, attendance etc).
- Identifying, anticipating, and preparing information requirements of the Regional Director for meetings, appointments, presentations etc.
- Drafting PowerPoint presentations with own “creative” input.
- Arranging internal and external events.
- Supporting the region managers in admin tasks required for the region.
- Supporting with sales reports & monthly sales customer analysis reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Arabic native speaker, fluent English skills required.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company.
- Communicate effectively with high attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”
- Strong coordination skills & target orientation.
- Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels.
