We are seeking a** Manager Revenue & Distribution (M/F/x)**, based ideally in Egypt or another African country**. **As part of the** international operations team**, your heart beats for revenue management. **The main functions of the position are**:
- Grow revenue for our member hotels through primarily BWH Hotels Systems and direct sources, as well as all other channels, while promoting and protecting Brand equity and loyalty programs.
- Implement and maintain standards and techniques to maximize property revenue throughout all systems.
- Build, maintain and develop key relationships with hotels, global teams, and 3rd party partners to drive revenue performance.
- Deliver annual brand level training to hotels with on-site visits and conduct annual assessments of hotels' revenue.

**You are made for this position if you have**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in revenue/reservations within the hotel industry (hotel background is a must).
- Fluent in English and Arabic, other languages are a plus (Russian, Polish, French, Turkish).
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience in working with Property Management Systems within a Front Office or Reservations environment.
- Revenue Management System (RMS) experience is a plus.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
- Enjoying working in an amazing team but also being able to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to influence internal and external decision makers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Enjoying building relationships with all existing and new hotel members and other stakeholders.
- Consultant-personality, can-do and hands-on mentality.
- Affinity for numbers.
