- Cairo/ Remotely.**

The Infinity Group is a contracting service provider for the construction industry based in London. We provide subcontractors’ payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.

Our service provides the handling of invoicing, receiving payments from construction companies or agencies, processing of their payments, and deductions of CIS tax and Umbrella Service.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential clients with the main goal of achieving your sales quota.

We expect you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working work from the comfort of your own home. We will provide you with the tools and equipment to enable you to do your job. and in return will receive a competitive salary of along with other fantastic benefits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing databases - CRM system/sales pipeline / diary management
- Generating new business - Researching organisations to identify new leads and potential clients.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their payroll needs and challenges.
- Present our payroll solutions persuasively, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
- Managing accounts - Maintaining a relationship with existing clients.
- Pitching services and building a pipeline.
- Booking meetings.

**The Requirements**:

- Fluently speaking British or American accent.
- Proven experience in Telesales or a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejections.
