**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Account Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, while overseeing project execution and performance. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to develop strategies, manage deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications.
- Understand clients' goals and business needs, providing tailored solutions and strategies.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, Integration, and operations) to deliver services that meet client expectations.
- Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and resolve any client issues or challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously seek to improve client satisfaction and drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to offer the most relevant solutions to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of account management practices and project execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM software and other project management tools is a plus.
