Account Manager

**Job Purpose**:
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client service by managing client communications, overseeing content delivery, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure all tasks meet client expectations. This role is essential for maintaining client satisfaction through timely responses, proactive recommendations, and meticulous quality control. The Account Manager also plays a key role in monitoring client platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and meeting client reporting and invoicing deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1- Client Communication and Responsiveness**:
- Acknowledge and respond to all client inquiries promptly, even if an immediate solution or response is not available.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions and patiently explain project details to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
**2- Content Quality Control**:
- Act as the final checkpoint for completed tasks, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards for creativity, accuracy, British spelling, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Recommend fresh content ideas based on competition analysis and market research to keep client strategies innovative and effective.
**3- Platform Monitoring and Moderation**:
- Monitor client platforms daily, ensuring that content is published on schedule and that regular moderation is conducted to maintain engagement and brand presence.
**4- Client Onboarding and Upselling**:
- Conduct orientation sessions with new clients to explain social media needs, customise service packages, and explore opportunities to upsell additional services.
**5- Task Management and Coordination**:
- Add all new client requests to ClickUp, notify the account management group, and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders within the same business day.
- Follow up with team members, upper management, and other departments to ensure all client-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
**6- Reporting and Invoicing**:
- Begin gathering social media reports at the end of each month and ensure they are delivered to clients at the start of the following month.
- Coordinate with finance and management to initiate invoice processing each month, ensuring invoices are delivered to clients by the end of the month.
**Job Requirements**:
- **English Fluency Is MUST**:
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within a marketing or social media agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanour in client interactions.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Experience with content quality control, including proofreading for spelling, grammar, and brand alignment.
Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£17,000.00 per month
