**The Job in a Nutshell**:
As an Account Manager at Mrsool, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various industries, including food, retail, and healthcare. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
**What You Will Do**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to bring on new clients
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing client needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses and industries
- Track and report on key performance indicators and analyze client data to identify trends
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
