**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Account Manager** to join our team. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective execution of marketing strategies. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving client success by ensuring their goals are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and media teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with clients' goals, regularly reviewing and optimizing campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates, insights, and reports.
- **Client Retention & Growth**: Build strong relationships to ensure client retention, upsell additional services, and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, maintaining a positive client experience.
- **Budget Management**: Work within the allocated budget to deliver the best possible results for clients, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- **Client-Focused**: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while delivering high-quality service.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- **Problem Solver**: Capable of identifying and resolving challenges quickly and efficiently.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with CRM systems, project management tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
