French Outbound Sales Representative

NAOS CX is seeking a motivated and dynamic French Outbound Sales Representative to join our Call Center. As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the French market, building relationships, and driving sales. We are focusing on B2C interactions and our primary product line revolves around food items.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound sales calls targeting the French market, promoting our range of food products.
- Adhere to established sales scripts and guidelines for effective communication and sales pitch delivery.
- Maintain professionalism and product knowledge to address customer inquiries and objections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets

**Location**: Remote (Training and nesting from Office)

**Work Schedule**:

- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 11 am to 8 pm Cairo Time (France Daylight Saving Time), excluding a mandatory break from 1pm to 2pm Cairo Time.
- Flexibility: Freelancers have the freedom to manage their weekly working hours, with an obligation to provide an approximate schedule for the upcoming week.

**Remuneration**:

- Commission-based pay structure:

- 500 EGP net per sale for sales between 1 and 20.
- 600 EGP net per sale for 21 sales and above.

**Payment Process**:

- Payments will be processed weekly via Fawry.

**Required Hardware**:

- Personal laptop/desktop.
- Headset with a microphone.
- Mouse.
- Access to the Automatic Telephony System via provided ID and password (no software installation required).

**Work Environment Requirements**:

- Noiseless environment during working hours.
- No background noise such as voices, or music.
- Ensuring a distraction-free workspace conducive to sales activities.
