**What will I be doing?**

- Leads programs involving creation of Beverage Menus and maintain Beverage P&L; in line with Budget of the restaurants.
- Maintains beverage par stock and beverage menu engineering.
- Assigns, supervises, and verifies completion of routine beverage service protocols and provide bartenders with tools that leads to effective operation of the restaurant.
- Visually inspects quality of work and assigns bartenders and bar supervisors tasks according to performance and productivity standards.
- Communicates effectively with departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Acts as manager on duty in certain situations.
- Hires, trains, supervises, allocates bar tenders and bar supervisors, communicates departmental/individual job goals and criteria's of job performance and appraises department bar staff and all other staff under the assigned restaurants.
- Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements to meet their requests.
- Conducts walk-throughs to visually and physically assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of Restaurant and bar related equipment.
- Assigns and verifies completion of all routine jobs.
- Informs Restaurant Manager and Assistant F&B; General Manager, on a regular basis, regarding the specific and overall operations update, cost-effective proposals for maintaining the same. Accesses and inputs information into a computer and generate reports
- Adheres to all restaurant budgets, purchasing policies and controls, to include all outside contractor bids, and schedules.
- Participates in budget management and P&L.;
- Maintains and documents all beverage offerings and costing.
- Maintains appropriate supply of beverage (par stock) and equipment to carry out the normal day to day operation and forthcoming events.
- Maintains organized and efficient administrative and filling systems within restaurant operations for the timely and accurate handling of correspondence, reports, requisitions for purchase and other administrative requirements of the department.
- Maintains a well-defined and organized system within restaurant for inventory, maintenance and storage of all tools, beverage, materials and equipment necessary to execute the required activities of the department.
- Perform all duties in the area of responsibility and technical capabilities as required by management.

A Beverage Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- At least 5 years experience managing beverage operations in Hotels sector.
- Previous international and/or GCC experience.
- Prior Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of beverage recipes and standards
- Excellent knowledge of country rules and regulations pertaining to beverage law and license.
- Excellent analytical skills. Ability to draft and interpret complex information & reports.
- Advanced knowledge/Skills in use of computers and software programs associated with Restaurant Operations.
- Skilled in the proper and safe use of all tools, equipment, materials, chemicals and products relating to the department.
- Ability to remain informed on state-of-the-art developments effecting the safe and effective operation of the building facility.
