As a Growth Lead at iSchool, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth strategy and execution. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing growth initiatives across various channels and markets to acquire new customers, optimize retention, and maximize revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement and manage performance tracking systems to measure the success of growth initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through innovative and data-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for education and a strong understanding of the e-learning industry is a plus.
