**What you will do**

Working in an assigned area, the Premier Account Executive for our Advanced Security Division is responsible for developing and growing business with large existing and new commercial accounts that span multiple territories. Incumbent is responsible for account management and business development for these accounts as well as designated vertical accounts. This Sales Executive will have a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services and for the sale of more sophisticated and integrated security solutions and products. Provides input such as, market information relating to sales, competition and marketing strategies, vision and goals.

**How you will do it**

Build new market share by selling a broad range of JCI products and services to designated regional and vertical market commercial customers
- Add-on, amend, convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.
- Renew existing customer agreements.
- Drive wider and deeper account penetration with new and existing accounts through frequent proactive contact with corporate accounts; building, growing and maintaining positive relationships with multiple departments (facilities, loss prevention, IT, finance) and key decision makers at multiple levels within customer organizations.

Contact and secure potential new Premier account business and maintain existing business through:

- Contact corporate accounts both in person and by phone.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
- Contact existing and new customers on a regular basis
- Follow up with prospects on a frequent and timely basis.
- Acquire referrals and work with Centers of Influence.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training, networking and reading/research.

Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.

Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.

**What we look for**
**Required**:

- College degree, or equivalent work experience (12 years in the same type of position)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security systems and technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to C-level internally and externally
- Must be willed to take action with very strong inner drive, be business savvy, able to work in a matrix organization.

**Preferred**:

- BA degree
- Proven track record of $3 million dollars in advanced security business.
- Ability to discuss security requirements with prospects and convey technically complex security systems and applicable services.
