Distribution Partnership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor teams, providing regular training and coaching to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Assign targets and monitor progress, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular trade visits to assess distributor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize business results.

Business Planning:

• Collaborate with assigned distributors to develop annual business plans, aligning with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
• Secure agreement on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales forecasts, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the partnership.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive results through effective collaboration. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role are required. The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
