About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Design Director - Architectural Leadership to spearhead our architectural efforts from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations that meet our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional designs that exceed expectations.
  • Develop project specifications that align with our vision and goals.
  • Maintain budgetary control and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure all works are carried out to precise standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Carry out on-site visits to monitor project progress and report accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with construction professionals to achieve seamless execution.
  • Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience as an architect, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills and expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ, or similar).
  • Strong imagination and ability to think creatively in three dimensions.
  • Visual awareness and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
