Sales Development Representative

Weavr is looking for a Sales Development Representative who shall be responsible for creating the first line of interaction with prospects, SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and forging a path for sales success.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Identify and prospect new potential clients.
- Research companies to determine fit.
- Reach out to prospects to gauge interest.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations.
- Sit in on meetings you’ve scheduled with Sales Directors.
- Create and develop new opportunities for your pipeline.
- Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
- Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- In partnership with marketing, the management of our CRM system to ensure the accuracy of data and efficiency of related processes.
- identifying prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate product features.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our sales execs.
- Provide clear reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
**Your experience and background**

**Must have**:

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with good time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Great active-listening skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.
- Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Highly skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
- Experience using a CRM.

**Preferred**:

- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
- Degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.
- Foreign language skills a real advantage.
