**JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Ensure high quality customer service by delivering targets, objectives and customer satisfaction. Pro-actively coordinate and manage our customer portfolio and build strong customer relationships within the import CS disciplines.
- Accurate processing and coordination of customer requests to ensure that all import carrier and merchant instructions are processed effectively.
- Ensure good collaboration, communication of staff within departments and other functional areas Communicate.
- Accurate invoicing and cost are fully recovered.
- Ensure correct invoicing and full cost recovery, optimizing revenue.
- Solve Customers' Problems.
- Create invoices and BL draft.
- Handle any situation as customer facing.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably 2 - 4 years of work experience within shipping field.
- Strong communication skills, customer
- and service oriented.
- Flexibility and creativity in problem solving.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Articulate, clear oral and written communication skills in English.
- Enthusiastic team worker.
