**Job Title**: Design Manager - Project and Development Services (PDS)
**Location**: Matrouh/ North Coast, Egypt

**Role Summary**: We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our PDS team in Cairo, Egypt. As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design process of construction projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and design consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead the design phase of multiple construction projects simultaneously, from concept development to construction documentation and project completion.
Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, objectives, and budget constraints, ensuring that designs meet their needs.
Liaise with internal project teams and external design consultants, including architects, engineers, and specialized consultants, to ensure coordination and integration of design solutions.
Manage design timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Conduct design reviews at key project stages to ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Proactively identify and address design challenges or conflicts, collaborating with project stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and constructability.
Assist the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and design-related inputs for client meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, design consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 13-17 years of experience in design management for residential construction projects, preferably in the luxurious commercial real estate industry.
Extensive knowledge of the design and construction process, including architectural design, interior design, MEP systems, and building codes/regulations in Egypt.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to successfully lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
