**Job Title**: Landscape Manager, Project & Development Services (P&DS)
**Location**: Cairo, Egypt
**Role Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
Manage and coordinate design teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budget.
Administer the local government approvals process.
Proactively manage and ensure compliance of contractors/consultants with contract terms and conditions.
Assist in compiling tender documents, reviewing tender returns, conducting contract negotiations, and reporting to the client.
Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget, and other relevant guidelines.
Provide reports at various stages of the projects.
Coordinate changes and modifications required during the project.
Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations while ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality parameters.
Monitor and report on the progress of contractors against the contract program.
Ensure that the contractor's design and the final built product comply with the contract specifications.
**Requirements**:
Degree qualification in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Professional memberships (e.g., CIOB) are advantageous but not essential.
Experience in landscape design and managing on-site construction in the region.
Must have experience working on major international projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a fluent proficiency in English.
International safety qualification or recognition is an advantage, but not essential.
