ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:_**

To assure SITA's competitive strength and business growth through the provision of the highest quality technical Service Operations to SITA customers, perform all Service Operations activities according to SITA standards and procedures, maximizing customer satisfaction by the delivery of first class support activities, and to provide the highest level of Service Operation availability, plus ensuring Systems and Products are properly configured and maintained.

**_WHAT YOU WILL DO:_**
- _Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)._
- _ Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations._
- _ Carry out incident management support to the highest standards and coordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups._
- _ Ensure the shortest restoral times possible initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside SITA according to the customer contracts SLAs and monitoring requirements._
- _ Support the senior team members in the management reporting and co-ordination of day-to-day tasks during the absence of the Lead Expert._
- _ Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed._
- _ Perform assigned tasks on 24 x 7 shifts basis._

Qualifications:
**_ EXPERIENCE:_**
- _Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent._
- _ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Network/Security, Cloud support domain._
- _ Recognized industry certifications such as CCNA R&S or JNCIA, VCTA, PCNSA, Azure or AWS._
- _ ITIL knowledge_
- _ Knowledge & understanding in one or several of the following domains: _
- _Cloud or Security or Network protocols._
- _ Customer Service, pro-activeness, and ownership attitude to support customers._
- _ Ability & motivation to work in a team environment._
- _ Ready to work in Shifts and on weekends._
- _ Demonstrated maturity in handling simple to intermediate complex customer issues._
- _ Ability to take ownership of issues until resolution._
