Since opening in 2012 Arkan Plaza has evolved into West Cairo’s primary commercial and social destination, offering a multitude of retail and dining outlets along with gyms, banks and offices. All radiating from its welcoming central plaza, situated in the heart of Sheikh Zayed located on the 26th of July corridor main spine, which connects the cities of Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October with the central Cairo area.

Crowne Plaza West Cairo - Arkan the 178-room new build forms part of Phase II of Arkan Plaza. The Hotel is 10 minutes away from the “new” Grand Egyptian Museum and 15 minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. It is also in close proximity to Cairo International Airport and will be just 10 kilometers away from Sphinx International Airport. Business and leisure travelers can get the best of both worlds with three meeting rooms and a business center along with an outdoor pool and Club Lounge

We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our amazing team.

**Your day to day**:
As a Guest Experience Supervisor your role will be:

- Supporting the day-to-day running of Front Office Department by welcoming guest, answering calls, handling inquiries and delivering excellent guest experience.
- Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including: Maintenance of guest information and Maintenance of information about local events
- Ensure active participation from the front desk team in all community and environmental support activities whether organized by the hotel or department.
- Fully aware with all Reservation Standards and ensure that the front desk - Club Lounge desk are implementing.
- Blocking of the VIP arrivals and ensuring branded guest experience.
- Attend to guest queries and complaints as far he/ she are capable, and then refer them to the Duty Manager.
- Assist in escorting & welcoming the VIPs
- Handle the early arrived rooms by sending the correct form to the HK to ensure guests are not disturbed.

**What we need from you**:

- Minimum of three year of experience in Front Office or similar in a 5* hotel and/or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English
