**Supervision of Subordinates**:

- Organize and supervise the activities and work of a team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Human Capital Development section activities is carried out in an efficient manner which is complying to operating procedures & policy.
- **Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures**:

- Implement approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- **Job-specific Accountabilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of Human Capital Development to ensure that systems are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and Maintain organization structure for entire company, by reviewing and updating the departmental changes due to business needs and updating organization structure, to ensure the existence of clear hierarchy demonstrating the reporting relationships within ASC.
- Develop job descriptions for all jobs at ASC through conducting job analysis, or reviewing, and modifying/updating existent job descriptions to maintain a standardized job descriptions as per company standards.
- Achieve ASC headcount plans from level 7 till level 14 by managing the recruitment process and recruitment metrics through the utilization of oracle fusion recruitment module to maintain balanced and skilled headcount for the organization.
- Manage the onboarding process of all ASCs’ new hires through coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration of employees within the organization.
- Manage the Performance Management Process across ASC, by monitoring the proper execution of the entire performance management cycle through PES starting from SMARTs Setting till Year End Review to ensure SFCE Guidelines are met.
- Manage implementation of a company-wide development strategy to enhance organizational performance through formulating Development Needs Analysis for all stakeholders within ASC.
- Manage Training plan, by preparing annual budget & monitoring its implementation and KPIs achievement through utilization of the LMS and coordinating with training providers (Internal / External) to ensure effectiveness of training programs.
- Support ASC Succession Planning efforts, by implementing and maintaining succession planning process and programs to ensure ASCs’ critical positions are planned for and filled as needed.
- Manage the process of developing and implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), by coaching & coordinating all associated activities in ASC to ensure that every employee receives what he/she needs to develop his/her competencies.
- Manage the internal communication process within ASC by adhering to company guidelines and standard communication policy.
- Support in change management initiatives related to SFC’s Desired Culture Framework through the implementation and tracking of needed action plan.
- Manage the reward & recognition processes through developing the R&R system to promote employee morale.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- **Reporting**:

- Supervise reports issuing and report timely and accurately to meet Savola and department requirements, policies, and standards.
- **Health, Safety, & Environment**:

- Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

- **Qualifications, Experience, & Skills**
- **Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent**:

- **Language: Excellent verbal and written English Skills**:

- **Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Development Field
