**Role Purpose**:
The position is mainly responsible to provide timely support to the Shopping Mall Business in the West Region on the company’s HC strategies, policies, processes and procedures and ensuring that the highest level of HC support services is provided to management and employees in the most transparent, cost effective and timely manner in line with overall MAFP’s objectives.

**Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Develop and/or review the AMBU (Asset Management Business Unit) organization structure pertaining to the assigned region (West Region) at regular intervals and provide inputs to HC Director, and functions head, if any structural changes are required to meet the changing business needs of the organization.
- Implement the organization structure concerning to the assigned region after approval is received from the AMBU CEO. Ensure that the organization charts are always up to date and records are maintained for tracking and audit purposes.
- Ensure that all jobs / roles within the AMBU have accurate and up-to-date job descriptions in place including new positions arising out from the change in the organization structure.
- Ensure that all AMBU employees strictly comply with the MAFP policies, Labour Law and other legal legislation requirements at all times during employment with MAFP.
- Participate actively in the annual workforce planning and budgeting exercise for AMBU assigned region and function and liaise with all AMBU Functional Heads / Managers to facilitate during the process of ascertaining the required no of headcount for each function based on the business plan.
- Lead and ensure a seamless and flawless process with regards to workforce planning for the assigned region / function, liaising with regional Human Capital population as well as remaining of the Human Capital population in ensuring the workforce planning is done in compliance with our timelines, guidelines and recommend and highlight areas for improvement and efficiencies.
- Assist WR and assigned function’s budgeting and start plan cycle on an annual and quarterly basis, consolidating and aligning with the other regional Human Capital business partners.
- Assist WR and the assigned functions on OHI action-planning, facilitating workshops to discuss pain points and come up with action plans for improvement.
- Develop & support with the implementation of WR Employee Engagement Strategy agenda including events planning, onboarding, internal communication, external initiatives as well as ensuring its implementation & effectiveness.
- Supervise the recruitment and selection process for various approved vacant positions for 'AMBU WR and the assigned functions and ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are carried in the most cost effective and timely manner and in accordance with the prescribed HC policies and procedures and approved manpower budget.
- Identify and assess internal potential of talent within AMBU and collaborate with relevant AMBU Region/corporate Functional Heads / Managers to ensure high potential talent within the group are considered for new vacant roles as the first place before external hiring.
- Support the AMBU localization initiatives / programs to meet / exceed in line with the overall MAFP’s objectives.
- Manage employment contracts of new hires as well as for existing employees concerning to AMBU WR and assigned function and ensure that they are in compliance with the MAFPs HC policies and procedures and Labour Law.
- Ensure that all new hires in the AMBU WR and assigned functions have smooth and trouble free on-boarding in their respective areas of employment after obtaining legal permission from concerned Govt. Authorities to work.
- Implement levelling structure and compensation and benefits program in AMBU assigned functions in close coordination with the Corporate P&OD, C&B function and ensure that the same should not deviate from the set parameters defined by the Corporate P&OD, C&B function for AMBU.
