Talent Management Supervisor

We believe in the power of talent and are committed to nurturing a high-performing and engaged workforce. As a Talent Management Supervisor at Chefaa, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing our talent management processes and strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement performance management systems and ensure effectiveness of the process.
- Assist in establishing individual objectives and Key Performance Indicators aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance activities throughout the year and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to follow up on performance results and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement Performance Development Plans, Succession Plans, and improvement plans.
- Assess the training needs of employees and develop comprehensive learning tracks.
- Align training programs with the company's development strategy and organizational goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Facilitate career development discussions and provide guidance on growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain career progression frameworks for various roles within the organization.
- Identify high-potential employees and work with managers to create individual development plans.
- Implement and monitor succession planning processes to ensure a robust pipeline of talent.
- Generate regular reports on talent management metrics and activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and successes.
- Present findings with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure all reporting complies with organizational standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent management or a related HR role.
- Previous experience in Start-Ups is preferred.
- Prior experience in L&D is a must
- Professional proficiency in the English Language
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and strategies
- Experience in designing and delivering talent development programs
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to effectively manage and mentor a team
- Proven experience in MS Office / Google Suite
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management
- Very good coaching abilities
