Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the establishment and implementation of short/mid/long-term workforce plans/ Strategies according to the business environment needs.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent management process that is required to achieve business goals.
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
- Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business performance.
- Set recruitment policies, standards and processes and manage hiring and appointing outstanding talents who meet those standards to reinforce the human resource competitiveness.
- Ensure that L&D strategy is aligned to the business strategy to maximize the productivity of L&D resources, and secure support for the strategy execution from key stakeholders.
- Drive the establishment of L&D(Learning and Development) strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management.
- Drive evaluating learning solutions and projects, competency assessment and the decision-making upon profit.
- Promote operation of HR policy (evaluation/promotion/& discipline) complying with the business environment and manage low/high-performers.

Skills and Qualifications
- Typically requires at least 10 years of related experience.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proven exposure of strategic HR Projects.
