**JOB TITLE**
Human Resources Business Partner | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt

**ROLE SUMMARY**
The role entails supporting 450 employees, acting as the primary advisor for managers and employees, overseeing culture and change management, coaching, talent development, employee lifecycle management, succession planning, and performance management. It's crucial in executing the HRBP strategy, aligning with function managers' goals, and fostering the organization's cultural values within Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions people, aligning with the 'People Thrive Pillar' for success.

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Partner with management to craft and implement both short-term and long-term Human Capital strategies aligning directly with business objectives.
- Drive cultural change initiatives and support managers in utilizing change acceleration methods for effective organizational transformation.
- Coach and guide managers to simplify organizational processes, enhance capabilities, and maximize team performance.
- Offer direct coaching and guidance to both managers and employees for developing contemporary management skills.
- Lead talent assessment efforts, identifying strengths and development needs to attract, retain, and nurture key talent.
- Spearhead succession planning strategies, recognizing critical roles, and preparing potential talent pipelines through mentoring and training.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure effective implementation of crucial HR processes like Talent Review, salary planning, and performance management.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting engagement, and implementing strategies to minimize attrition rates.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 8+ years of previous experience in a variety of Human Resource positions with increasing scope.
- Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
- Advanced Communication and Influence Skills, Drives change through effective collaboration with executives and teams, utilizing storytelling and data-driven arguments at Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Proficiency, Excels in analyzing trends, solving complex business issues, and delivering sustainable solutions, while maintaining focus on project objectives.
- Strategic Leadership and Adaptability, Demonstrates strategic thinking, fosters adaptability in diverse environments, and confidently voices opinions while promoting inclusivity and providing feedback to management in a matrix-driven setup.
