About NAOS Solutions : NAOS Solutions is a leading provider of call center and customer service solutions, dedicated to enhancing client interactions and operational efficiency for businesses globally.
Job Summary : As a Client Acquisition Agent, you will be pivotal in expanding NAOS Solutions’ client base across both the European and USA markets. Your primary role will involve reaching out to potential clients, introducing our call center and customer service solutions, and building strong business relationships. Your goal is to generate new business leads, schedule meetings, and contribute to the growth of NAOS Solutions in these key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in both the EU and USA to present NAOS Solutions’ call center and customer service solutions.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by assessing their needs and offering relevant solutions.
- Arrange appointments, product demos, or presentations for the sales team to further engage potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and information in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to address inquiries, nurture relationships, and advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in both the EU and USA to effectively position NAOS Solutions’ services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker with Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales or client acquisition, preferably in call center or customer service solutions.
Salary Package:
- Gross Base Salary: 14,000 EGP
- KPI Bonus: 1,000 EGP
- Attendance bonus: 1,000 EGP
- Transportation allowance up to 1320 EGP
- commission up to 5% of gross profit.
Work Location : 21st, Masr Helwan Agricultural Road, Maadi, Cairo
Working Hours : 4:00 PM to 01:00 AM (Cairo Time)
Days off : Saturdays and Sundays
Pay: E£16,000.00 per month
