Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Under general directions, responsible for development of companion animals’ business in NASES cluster from both in-line products and new products.
- Contributes to establishment of marketing strategies for a product or new indication or use of a product including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development.
- Cooperate with each country lead and/or business unit in each country of the cluster to achieve sales plan and business development.
- Support current distributors and/or new distributors (if needed) in each country of the cluster to achieve their annual sales plan.
- Solving of complex problems and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience in own discipline
- Leading launches of new brands and/or Products Services Concepts
- Pragmatic action for Geo-expansion
- Crosspollination with other countries mainly for key products, key problems, and possible opportunities.
- Arranging and help in the strategic plans at regional level e.g., expected market trend in key segments
- Evaluate current situation for best business decisions like rationalization or introduction of some products.
- Regular monitoring of key competitors
- Support of the key customers (Vets, end user,)
- Training of our company's companion teams and distributors and whole sellers.
- Application of our company's customer services program.
- Liaise with regional and global teams to get more information, services and so on.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine.
- At least 3 years’ experience in animal health field special companion animals.
- Effective communication in English both verbal and writing.
- Good to excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates accountability, commitment, and integrity behaviors.
- Good to excellent presentation and digital skills.
- Able to work independently with aligning with the company policy.
